How to download DTV?
Step 1:
Download DTV App from Play Store or App Store
Step 2:
Click on the DTV Icon
Step 3:
Proceed to Sign Up by Choosing Region (Fiji)
Step 4:
Use your Digicel Number, Log into DTV app or create a new account.

1. What are the new bundles?
 We have bundled our 7 days Premium DTV Plan with our $25 Prime Plan, and we have also created a 30-day Premium DTV bundle that will be added onto our $35 Prime Plan.

2. When will these new changes be implemented?
These changes will be made Live from the 19th of December,2023.

3. Is this available to all Customers?
This is available for all prepaid customers except Tourist and Postpaid.

4. What Channels will I be getting with these monthly Plans?
Prime $25 Plan: 7 Days premium package
Prime $35 Plan: 30 Days Premium package

5. How can I subscribe to these plans?
Opt-ins can be done through *555# as well as through the My Digicel APP (MDA)

6. Will I still need to purchase a DTV Plan after opting into the bundle?
No, DTV bundle is now added into the bundle, therefore customers will automatically be               subscribed to DTV Premium plan.

7. Will my 7 Day Premium bundle auto renew after the 7th day?
No, customers will need to re-opt into the plan to continue using this service.

8. Will I be notified that my bundle has expired?
Yes, an SMS trigger will be sent to customer’s number upon expiry.

9. If a customer had opted into a Prime $25 or $35 plan prior to 19th of December, will DTV bundle automatically be added?
No, this will not be added on to subscriptions made prior to 19 December. However, upon auto renewal, new Bundle (i.e. with DTV) will be activated.

10. How do I download the DTV App?
This is available on Play Store as well as Apps Store.

11. When does this promotion end?
This is currently on-going, however should there be any changes in the future – customers will be notified accordingly.

12. Will I automatically be able to see these changes on my DTV App once I have subscribed to the plan?
Customers will need to log out of their current session and log back into DTV app once confirmation SMS is received in order to have new changes activated on the App.
