Digicel offers bundles and plans which dedicate data allowances for its applications such as Bip, My Digicel Pacific and Digicel TV (or DTV). These are our Digital Prime Bundle plans as set out below:

Our terms and conditions apply to these Digital Prime Bundle plans. Please read these carefully before you opt into a Prime Bundle plan. These are:
These terms and conditions apply to you and govern your use of the Data in each of the Prime Bundles above. Essentially, a Prime Bundle provides Digicel customers who have opted into a plan with additional data on select app usage (Bip, My Digicel Pacific, MyCash or DTV).
“We” or “us” or “our” means Digicel (Fiji) Pte Limited as incorporated in Fiji with our registered office at Level 3, Digicel House, 5 Vuna Road, Nabua, Fiji. “You” or “your” means you and yours i.e the Digicel user accessing or benefiting from the use of a Prime Bundle.
By opting into, accessing or benefiting from a Prime Bundle you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to or accept these terms and conditions, you should not opt into a Prime Bundle plan. Where you already have, please opt out so you discontinue your subscription.
Your eligibility
To qualify for a Prime Bundle plan, you must be:
i) A Digicel prepaid customer with sufficient actual credit balances;
ii) A Bip, My Digicel Pacific, DTV app user (if you are not a user yet, please download these apps from the Google Playstore or Apple Store and register to become a user); and
iii) 18 years or older (where you are less than 18 years old, you have the consent of your legal guardian).
For clarity, excluded users are:
i) Digicel tourist SIM user;
ii) Digicel postpaid corporate and business account holders;
iii) Digicel / Sky Pacific Home & Entertainment only customers; and
iv) Non-Digicel network users.

We reserve our rights to terminate, modify, temporarily discontinue, vary all or part of our Prime Bundle plans with or without notice (but as much as reasonably possible our Digicel customers will be notified by SMS, our website or our social media pages). Any notice of ours will be effective immediately or as at the date in such notifications.
You may opt into a Prime Bundle plan multiple times provided you have sufficient actual credit balances.
Each Prime Bundle plan will automatically renew provided you have sufficient actual credit balances. If you do not prefer to automatically renew a plan, please select to opt out to disable automatic renewal.
You will be eligible for data rollover provided your Prime Bundle plan has automatically renewed. If your plan does not automatically renew, you will lose the remaining data that could have rolled over.
Select Prime Bundle plans allow unlimited Digicel to Digicel calls and SMS. Please see table earlier.
To access special content enabled by our Prime Bundle plans, please continue to check our website and social media platforms or advertisements.

2. Where the eligible customer does not have an existing data subscription/plan you will need to purchase the relevant data plan for the additional use described.
3. The Digicel Prime Bundle will automatically be bundled for customers on a an eligible plan upon auto-renewal of your bundle or re-opt-in.
4. You accept that, if you port your number or if the number used for the subscription is found to no longer be a Digicel number, your subscription will be immediately terminated.
5. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you remain bound by any other terms and conditions of use for any of our other services including but not limited to the terms and conditions for Digicel’s Prepaid mobile telephone and data services, the Terms and Conditions of each Digital Service and the Terms and Conditions of the MyDigicel App.
6. Please note that this subscription is not a “Chargeable Event” as defined in Digicel’s Prepaid terms and conditions. This means that if you are a prepaid Customer and do not make or receive any calls using the Digicel number used for the Content for 180 days or more, you may lose your number.
7. This product is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.
8. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for connectivity and service usage in relation to your use of the Digital Services not included in the Digicel Prime Bundle. Be reminded that once roaming, you will not be able to use any data from your local prepaid Content.
Digicel’s right to make changes
9. We reserve the right to terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Content are being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to reselling or attempts to resell the content, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services. We may also discontinue use by any particular customer on provision of forty-eight (48) hours notice for convenience and without cause being required.
10. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this plan being offered to you at our discretion.
11. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Service. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Service, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the Digital Services. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
12. You accept that certain content on the Digital Services may not be available in your country or in your preferred language due to contractual licensing restrictions. Please note that content available in your current location may become unavailable to you if you travel to another location in which content is restricted
Data Protection and Governing Law
13. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it for the purposes of the administration of the Digicel Prime Bundles and any other purposes to which you have consented. To see our privacy policy click here.
14. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji Islands Islands and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of Suva, Fiji Islands.

What are the latest updates to our Prime Bundle plans?
As of 15 April 2024, our Prime Fortnightly $10 plan will be valid for 10 days (not 14 days) and Data will increase from 40 GB to 50 GB.
Also as of 15 April 2024, our Prime +DTV Bundle plans will also be as below;
- DTV $12 will be valid for 10 days (not 7 days) and Data will increase from 30 GB to 50 GB. Free money increase from $8 to $20
- DTV $15 will now be $17 worth and valid for 15 days (not 14 days) and Data will increase from 40 GB to 90 GB. Free credit will increase from $20 to $30

1. What is DTV Prime Plan?
DTV prime plan is a full package which comes with data, call credit and DTV Premium access- (DTV-platforms that provides sports, drama and entertainment on your smart handsets).
(DTV Premium access is having access to 28 channels of sports, drama and entertainment on your smart handsets)
2. What is DTV Standalone Plans?
DTV Standalone plans is a package which comes with only DTV channels and no data or call credits.
3. Why are the changes to DTV Prime Plan and DTV Standalone Plans?
This is providing greater flexibility, affordability, and options for customers. By offering different plan durations and adjusting the channel packages, We aim to better meet diverse viewing preferences. The updates also streamline the channel line-up while maintaining access to popular channels.
4. What changes are being made to the current DTV Prime Plans?
The existing DTV Prime subscriptions will be adjusted from the Premium package to the standard package. This Standard package includes channels such as Basic, ROK, ROK 2, Outdoor, Rock Entertainment, DIZI and Nikky.
There new DTV Prime plans with Premium subscription access are being introduced, allowing for flexible subscription durations.
5. What changes are being made to the DTV standalone plans?
The current standalone DTV plans will transition from the standard package to full premium packages. Additionally, five new standalone DTV plans are being introduced, offering durations from 5 days to 360 days, providing customers with more flexibility in subscription lengths.
6. When will the changes to the DTV Prime and Standalone plans take effect?
The change will occur on the 15th of November 2024.
7. What happens if am on active DTV Prime Plan or DTV Standalone Plan?
You can still continue to use the said plans until the expiry of these plans. A notification will be sent to advise you the expiry of your current plan with options to purchase the new plans as per your needs.
8. What happens if am not aware of the expiry date for my DTV Prime Plan or DTV Standalone plans?
A SMS notification will be sent as a reminder that your current plan is about to expiry and if you would like to renew [options provided] you may proceed to renew [all data plans details] or terminate.
9. Can I still upgrade to a Premium package if I want more channels?
Yes, you can still upgrade to a Premium package if you want more channels. To continue receiving the Premium subscription, you can choose one of the new DTV Prime plans with Premium access.
10. Where can I purchase these DTV plans?
You can purchase the updated DTV Prime and standalone plans through the following methods:
1. MyDigicel App: Easily browse and subscribe to available DTV plans directly through the My Digicel app.
2. MyCash: Use the MyCash platform to purchase your preferred DTV plan conveniently.
