1. What is the total cost of Unwired Signup?
Total Cost of Unwired signup is $99 for 1000GB data plus free modem valid for 56 days or for $199 inclusive modem/mifi plus 1500GB data valid for 180 days for $199 inclusive modem/mifi plus 3500GB data valid for 360 days.
2. Is the 1000GB & 1500GB & 3500GB anytime data?
1000GB is split into 700GB anytime plus 324GB streaming data valid for 56 days and 1500GB is anytime data is valid for 180 days and 3500GB is anytime data valid for 360 days.
3. Is there a data rollover for unused data?
No, data rollover is not applicable to this promotion.
4. What happens when I exhaust my data before expiry date?
Customers can purchase a Dynamic plan from “My Digicel App” starting from $29.95 for 250GB or our hero plan at $49.95 for 500GB or $35 for 500GB data(Promotional Offer) or customers can again purchase 180 days plan or 360 days plan
5. What is new to Dynamic plans?
100GB DTV streaming data is added to Dynamic plans starting from $35 above
6. Which plan gives data plus DTV subscription for viewing?
Dynamic DTV 750GB plan provides DTV access plus data and is valid for 30 days form the time of Op in.
7. What happens if I Opt in to Dynamic DTV 750GB plan but I opted in late to DTV for content viewing. Will I get full 30 days despite finishing Dynamic plan in 30 days?
No, DTV will expire together with actual bundle despite optin in DTV late. Both will expire on the same time/day. DTV will unlock with in 10-15 mins form optin to DTV
8. What happens if I do not use my unwired account?
Should customer decided not to continue using Unwired, customer are required to return the Unwired modem/mifi at a Digicel Store and fill the closure form to close the account
9. Can I temporary suspend one service or all services? Yes, however unused data will not be rebated as it is at your own discretion
10. Do I own the device on this offer?
No, this is lease model and you have to continuously pay for next 10 months
11. How long does it take payment to update in the account?
Selected Bill Pay methods as below:
· Digicel Self-Care Portal: Immediate
· Dealer Payment: 10mins
· Retail Payment: 10 mins

14. Can a Triple Play or All In Home customers pay for unwired only?
No, customer will need to contact Digicel first to disconnect Sky and activate the unwired account upon payment. However, lost days or data will not be rebated as it is at your own discretion

If customer has bought the plan for example on 21st of November 2024 and activated DTV on 26th of November, 2024, both plans will expiry on the same day. It is customers solely responsibility to opt-in both plans together to avoid days lost in DTV.
You are responsible for ensuring you have compatible devices to access DTV services.
In case of suspected misuse or account sharing, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate service without prior notice.
