3. Who is eligible for this promo offer?

5. How do I activate the promo offers?
Use the following steps as a guide to complete the initial SIM-phone pairing:
1) Step 1: Insert a valid Digicel SIM in the new WoWi 4G smartphone and switch it on.
2) Step 2: You should automatically receive the free bundle followed by the Bonus Credits.
3) Step 3: Dial *130# or visit MyDigicel app to check the bundle and bonus credits.
6. Is there a specific date or time when the K35 free Bonus Credits will be awarded every month?
In the first month, the bonus credits will be awarded at the time of activation. Then it will be given on the 30th day anniversary monthly within the first 6 months period from the time of activation.
7. Can I get the free Bonus Credits more than once in a month?
No, it will be given once a month from the time of activation for 6 months.
8. What is the validity of the promo offers?
The free 50GB data bundle is valid for 7Days and the 60Min voice bundle is only valid for 1 hour. The free bonus credit is valid for 7 days every month for 6 months.
9. If the SIM that I paired my new WoWi 4G smartphone with had an existing voice bundle from a 1TOK plan, which voice bundle will be used first if I make calls to other Digicel subscribers?
The free bonus credits will be used first followed by the free 60Min voice bundle BEFORE the existing voice bundle from the 1TOK plan is used.
10. Are there any restrictions on the promo offers?
Yes, the free 60min voice bundle only applies to Digicel-to-Digicel calls. The free bonus credit can only be used for calls and SMS to Digicel numbers. Data usage and bundle purchases are not included.
11. Can the free Bonus Credit be gifted or transferred to another Digicel user?
The free bonus credit cannot be gifted or transferred to another user nor is it for data use or bundle purchases.
12. Will I receive the promo offers multiple times if I purchase two or more WoWi 4G LTE smartphones and pair them with the same Digicel SIM to activate the devices?
No, one Digicel SIM cannot receive the promo offers more than once. You will only be awarded the free bundles and free bonus credits for the first WoWi 4G smartphone that you had activated with your Digicel SIM.
If you buy more than one WoWi 4G smartphone, each device should be paired with another Digicel SIM instead of using the same SIM.
13. I purchased and activated a WoWi 4G LTE smartphone during the campaign but DID NOT receive the free bundles. What should I do?
After performing the steps in Question 5, if the free bundles and/or free bonus credits were not awarded, you can contact the sales representative or dial 123 to contact Customer Care for further assistance. Then provide the following information.
Mobile Number of the Digicel SIM that was first inserted in the device.
IMEI (found on the box of the customer’s device).
Date of Purchase and the Digicel store where the customer purchased the device.
14. How come I purchased and activated two WoWi 4G LTE smartphones using the same SIM but only received the promo offers once?
Each device should be paired with another Digicel SIM instead of using the same SIM. Use the same information from the previous question if the promo offers were not awarded upon activating the 2nd device.
