1. What is the 3X Moa Data Promotion?
Digicel is offering a new promotion to our valued customers whereby any data plan activated from K5 and above will now receive 3 times the data bundle!
2. When does the promotion start?
The promotion will start at midnight on 9 February 2025 and will run weekly only on Tuesdays and Sundays until further notice.
3. Who is eligible for this offer?
Digicel prepaid subscribers only.
4. How does the promotion work?
Offer applies only on the first data plan purchase of the day valued from K5 and above. This plan will be awarded triple the data allocation.
The Bonus Data,
Is not restricted during the validity period and can be used for any online activities i.e., browsing, streaming, gaming, chatting etc.
Upon the first data plan purchase for the day of K5 and above, customer will receive an SMS confirmation message that the purchase was successful, followed by an activation message when the bonus data is awarded. Sample message for the latter: “Congrats! Your Free Bonus Data has been awarded & is valid for 24hrs. Enjoy 3X Moa on PNGs fastest 4G Network. Expires dd-mm h:mm:ss. Dial *130# to confirm.”
The bonus validity will vary, based on the data package purchase of K5 and above:
Plan Type 3x Bonus Data Validity 1Day and 3Day data plans 24 hours (1 day) Weekly or 7Day data plans 72 hours (3 days) Monthly or 30Day data plans 10 days
Once the free bonus data expires, any unused bundle will also expire without rolling over.
The bonus data bundles cannot be gifted nor traded to someone else.
5. How do I purchase a data plan to participate in this promotion?
You can purchase and activate data plans by dialing *675# or *777#. Use the following steps as a guide.
Activation via prepaid menu:
Step 1: Dial *675# to access the prepaid menu.
Step 2: Select option for Bikpla Supersized Data or REDclub* menu.
Step 3: Choose the desired validity and data bundle.
Step 4: Press 1 to confirm purchase and await SMS confirmation message.
Activation via data menu:
Step 1: Dial *777# to access the data menu.
Step 2: Select option for Bikpla Supersized Data or REDclub* menu.
Step 3: Choose the desired validity and data bundle.
Step 4: Press 1 to confirm purchase and await SMS confirmation message.
*You must have an active subscription to access exclusive REDclub data plans.
Upon expiry, any unused data bundles will be removed.
6. Will I receive the promotional offer twice if I purchase a data plan and a data add-on in the same day?
No. If you make multiple data purchases within the same day, the bonus will only apply on the first data purchase of K5 or above, regardless of whether you had purchased a data plan or a data add-on for an existing data plan.
7. Only the bonus data for my existing data plan has expired. Should I also wait until my data plan expires in order to participate in the promotion again?
No. You don’t need to wait until your existing data plan expires to participate in the promotion again. The bonus data will only apply on the first data purchase of K5 or above during the promotional days (Tuesdays and Sundays).
