Digicel is offering a new promotion to our valued customers where any plan with data for K5 and above will now receive 2 times the data bundle!
2. When does the promotion start?
The promotion will start on 5 March, 2025 and will run daily until further notice.
3. Who is eligible for this offer?
This promotion applies to Digicel prepaid subscribers only.
4. How does the promotion work?
For any purchase of eligible plans with data costing K5 and above, the data bundle allocation will be doubled.
Bonus Data,
Is open data that can be used for any online activities such as browsing, streaming, gaming, etc. only between 12AM and 6AM from the time of activation.
Once you receive the SMS confirmation message for plan purchase, you will receive an activation message when the bonus data is awarded.
The bonus validity will vary, based on the plan purchase of K5 and above:

Dial *130# and select option 1 to check the bonus data.
Once the free bonus data expires, any unused bundle will also expire without rolling over.
The bonus data bundles cannot be gifted nor traded to someone else.
For eligible 1TOK plan activations, only the data bundle allocation will be doubled.
5. How do I purchase a data plan to participate in this promotion?
To participate, activate any eligible plans by dialing *675# or *777# or through MyDigicel App. Use the following steps as a guide.
Activation via prepaid menu:
Step 1: Dial *675# to access the prepaid menu.
Step 2: Select option for Bikpla Supersized Data, 1TOK or REDclub* menu.
Step 3: Choose the desired validity and data bundle.
Step 4: Press 1 to confirm purchase and await SMS confirmation message.
Activation via data menu:
Step 1: Dial *777# to access the data menu.
Step 2: Select option for Bikpla Supersized Data, 1TOK or REDclub* menu.
Step 3: Choose the desired validity and data bundle.
Step 4: Press 1 to confirm purchase and await SMS confirmation message.
Activation via MyDigicel App:
Step 1: Launch MyDigicel App and login.
Step 2: Select Plans & Bundles menu.
Step 3: Select Available Plans option.
Step 4: Select the Bikpla Supersized Data, 1TOK or REDclub* menu.
Step 5: Choose a data plan.
Step 6: Press 1 to confirm purchase and await SMS confirmation message.
*You must have an active subscription to access exclusive REDclub data plans.
6. Will the bonus data apply on multiple plan purchases within the same day?
Yes. If you purchase one or more eligible plan of K5 and above within the same day, bonus data will be awarded for each purchase. However, the bonus data can only be used between 12AM and 6AM from the time of activation.
7. The bonus data for my existing data plan has expired. Should I also wait until my data plan expires in order to participate in the promotion again?
No. You can purchase another eligible plan with data for K5 and above to continue to receive the bonus data.
