1.What is the Pacific Diaspora – Easter 2025 Promotion?
The Pacific Diaspora Easter 2025 Promotion gives customers in New Zealand and Australia, the chance to WIN 1 of 16 Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphones worth $2500 each by sending Top Ups, Prepaid Bundles, or IMT Money Transfers to family and friends in the Pacific.

2. When is the promotion running?
The promotion runs from Monday, 31st March 2025 at 12:01 AM until Friday, 25th April 2025 at 11:59 PM. The promotion lasts 4 weeks.

3. How do I qualify to win?
To qualify, you need to send a Top Up of $20 NZD/AUD/USD or more, a Prepaid Bundle, or make an IMT Money Transfer to the Pacific using an eligible service. Each qualifying action gives you an automatic entry into the weekly draw.

4. What are the prizes?
There are 16 Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphones to be won, with each handset worth $2500. The total prize pool is $25,000 USD (or $40,000 NZD/AUD).

5. How many prizes can I win?
There are 4 weekly prize draws between Friday, 4th April and Friday, 25th April 2025. Each week, 2 winners from New Zealand and 2 from Australia will win a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, for a total of 16 winners.

6. How do I enter the draw?
You will automatically be entered into the weekly draw when you send a Top Up, purchase a Prepaid Bundle, or make an IMT Money Transfer to the Pacific valued at $20 NZD/AUD/USD or more. No additional steps are required to enter.

7. Which services qualify for this promotion?
You can qualify by using:

  • Digicel Pacific or My Go Top Up websites or apps from NZ, Australia, or the USA.

  • Klickex Pacific, MoneyGram, RIA, Remitly, or Rocket Remit for sending money (IMT).

  • Any retail store in NZ, Australia, or the USA to purchase a $20 Top Up or more to send to the Pacific.

8. How many entries can I get?
You’ll receive one entry for each $20 NZD/AUD/USD or more Top Up, Prepaid Bundle, or IMT Money Transfer you send. The more you send, the more chances you have to win!

9. When will the winners be drawn?
The winners will be drawn every Friday from April 4th to April 25th, 2025. There will be 4 weekly draws, with 4 winners each week.

10. How will the winners be notified?
Winners will be contacted directly via phone or email after the weekly draws are completed.

11. Is this promotion available to customers outside of NZ, Australia, and the USA?
No, this promotion is only open to customers residing in New Zealand, Australia, or the USA.

12. Is there a limit to how many times I can win?
Yes, customers can win only once during the promotion period.

2. All handset prizes is not redeemable for cash; by entering the draw you accept that the prize you are redeeming is a Samsung Galaxy S25Ultra handset.

3. When customers dial 1800 067 162 (Australia) or 0800 344 4235 (NZ) to Send Top Up to the Pacific, the Digicel IVR system will ask customers to enter their contact number to go in to the monthly draw. The IVR will generate a report at midnight every Thursday (end of the month) that will show the number that received the top up in the Pacific, the denomination of the top up, and also the number of the person who sent the top up. For customers who purchase online Top Up at www.digicelpacific.com we will already have their personal details once they have registered for an online account. These details will automatically enter the draw, provided the Top Up satisfies the qualifying amount.

4. Digicel will perform the requisite verifications prior to contacting each winner, to ensure they are not Digicel employees, dealer principals or employees of any of our affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, dealers, distributors, or anyone else connected with this promotion and their immediate family members and household members who are not eligible for entry. For this purpose, family members include spouses, partners, siblings and children.

5. Results for the draw will also be posted on Digicel Facebook pages for each market. The winner may be contacted to participate in promotional activities in connection with this Promotion. By entering the Promotion, the prize winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, image and photograph for any and all programming and/or promotional or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by us or our agencies, without further compensation, throughout the entire world in perpetuity. If a winner refuses to do so, they forfeit the right to claim the prize.

6. Digicel will not be responsible for:

  • .Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in network connections or hardware/software;

  • Unauthorized human intervention in any part;

  • Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this promotion.

Digicel reserves the right to terminate, cancel, or suspend and/or modify the promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety, or proper play of the promotion. In such event, Digicel hereby specifically reserve the right (but not the obligation) to award some other prize hereunder by means of a random drawing from among the eligible entries received up until the time of the impairment.
