Promotion Details
Customers must dial *222# and will see the eligible plan for them to purchase.
Ongoing unless advised otherwise with an end date. The end date will be mentioned in the offer text message sent to the customer.
How many plans can a subscriber see when they dial *222#?
- Customer may see from one to three plans available for them to purchase during promotional period.
How will customer be notified of the plans they are whitelisted on?
- A message will be sent to the targeted customer from sender number 1124 informing them of their special offer and end date. Sample target SMS below:
How many times can I purchase the plans?
- Multiple opt-ins applied
Will my left over bundles roll over if I do another opt-in while my current plan is still active?
- If your current plan is still active and you do another opt-in, left over bundles will be removed and core bundles will be received.
What message will I receive after I purchase a special plan?
- Opt-in message from +7100 will be received confirming plan purchase and customer to check bundle on *130#
What happens when my Special plan bundle expires?
- A notification sms from +7100 will be received to confirm bundle expiry, see sample below
