All Digicel SIM cards must be registered before May 31st, 2025. If you haven’t registered your SIM yet, visit any Digicel Store, Kiosk, or Sales Representative with a valid ID to complete your registration and avoid service interruption.

1. What is required to register a Digicel SIM?
You must provide a valid ID such as:

  • National ID

  • VNPF ID

  • Passport

  • Driver’s License

2. Where can I register my SIM?
Visit any Digicel Store, Kiosk, or Sales Representative with your valid ID.

3. What happens if I don’t register my SIM?

  • New SIMs are blocked until registration is completed.

  • Existing unregistered SIMs will be blocked after May 31st, 2025.

4. How many SIMs can I register?
Each customer can register up to three (3) SIM cards under their name.

5. What if I don’t have an ID?

  • You must be physically present.

  • You need to be accompanied by someone with a valid ID who can vouch for you.

6. What if my active SIM gets blocked?
You must visit a Digicel Store, Kiosk, or Sales Representative with a valid ID to register and unblock your SIM.

7. Do I need to register my MiFi or Router SIM?
Yes, all Digicel SIMs—including MiFi and Router SIMs—must be registered.

8. What if I lose my phone and my SIM isn’t registered?
You can request a SIM replacement with:

  • A valid ID

  • Four frequently dialed numbers for verification

9. How can I register if I live in a remote area?

  • Call Digicel Customer Care for assistance.

  • Send a copy of your ID through Digicel’s Facebook page for registration.

  • Outbound calls are made to unregistered customers for on-call registration.

10. When is the deadline for SIM registration?
All SIMs must be registered before May 31st, 2025! Make sure you register your SIM before this date to avoid service disruption.

  • Eligibility: Open to all Digicel SIM card holders.

  • Identification: A valid ID is required for registration.

  • Privacy: Your data will be securely stored and only shared with authorities as per legal requirements.

  • SIM Activation: Unregistered SIMs will be blocked until successfully registered.

  • Security: If your SIM is lost or stolen, report it immediately for a replacement.

  • Service Restrictions: The SIM must be used only for Digicel Vanuatu services.
