8. When is the draw date?
Draws will happen on Mondays of each week and winners will be contacted and informed of the prizes and location to collect it.
9. What happens if a winner resides in a remote area of Vanuatu where Digicel offices are not accessible or available, what alternative arrangements can Digicel consider to ensure these winners receive their prizes?
- Cash Prize, main payment method is through MyCash for winners located in Efate, Santo, Malakula and Tanna so they can withdraw their winning money. The withdraw fee will be covered by Digicel
· If winner is located in other islands, the method of payment will be via bank account deposit or Cash transfer through NBV, WU or Kwik Cash which ever suitable for the winner to collect the prize. All fees will be covered by Digicel
- For non-cash prizes, if winner is located in a remote area, a relative upon authorization of the winner will collect the prize. Verification will be done before the prize handover
10. Are the prizes offered in this promotion exchangeable for cash? If so, what is the process for such exchanges?
- Prizes are not exchangeable for cash
11. In cases where shipping is required to deliver prizes to winners in remote locations, who would bear the cost of transportation?
- If the non-cash prize cannot be physically collected due to distance or other reasons, it can be collected by a relative after an arrangement and authorization is done by the winner.
- If the winner is located in Santo, Malakula, Tanna or Pentecost, Digicel can arrange with the Sales team on ground to freight the prize along with the sales stock and prize handover will be done to the winner. Cost will be covered by Digicel. Note that the shipment or freight of the prize will be dependent to the sales stock to be shipped/ freighted.

Winner Selection: The prize winners will be randomly selected through a secure electronic draw platform on draw dates from all active prepaid Digicel users
Prize Claim: Following the selection process, the winner will be notified via phone call. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the call within one (28) business day. Upon receipt of the winner's confirmation, the prizes can be picked up from either the Digicel Nambatu Office, a Digicel Store or any Digicel Offices in Vanuatu, whichever is most convenient to the winner's geographical location. If the winner is located on a remote area, prize can be arranged with the winner for pick up, refer to point 9, 10 and 11 for prize collection. If the prize is not claimed by the winner within (28) business day, it will be subject to a redraw.
Verification: Digicel reserves the right to request valid identification from winners for verification purposes.
