No, unused data will not rollover and will be expired. With the auto renewal option you don’t have to opt in to the existing plan it will be automatically done for you when you have sufficient funds in your balance.
5. If I have chosen an Auto Renewal plan, how will I be able to Opt Out?

Once the data bundle is fully utilized customer will receive a SMS to send ‘Y’ to 144 to continue with OOB browsing or purchase another plan on *123# or MDA to continue browsing. If customer send ‘Y’ to 144 Out of bundle will be allowed and every time customer runs out of data bundle the browsing session will continue charging from ABM (Credit) balance.
9. How can I stop out of bundle browsing from chewing my credit?
You must call in to customer care on 123 to Opt in your number to Digicel On Worry Off (DOWO) to stop out of bundle browsing once bundle is fully utilized.

Customer is responsible to ensure he/she has sufficient credit balance in his/her mobile before travelling, to opt in to Roaming offers. Should customer need to Top Up while in overseas, there are 4 ways he/she can Top Up; using the Top Up App or Online Top Up, Credit Me, Digicel Mobile Money or buy recharge in store at selected locations (refer to FAQ for more details)
All Roaming Mix Plans, Roaming Data Plans and Roaming Voice Plans do not auto-renew and unused bundles does not rollover.

Voice minutes can be used to call back to any local Samoa numbers (Digicel & VF) any local number in the roaming country (Landlines and Mobiles) and receiving calls from anywhere.
Data bundle to be used within the roaming country only.

Once customer opts in to this plan he/she will receive a bundle roaming plan valid for 30 days. Once the plan expires or bundle finishes, a message will be received advising customer to purchase another plan or continue with Out of Bundle standard roaming rates as outlined on the table in question 7.4
A data usage SMS will be triggered when customer uses 75%, 90% and 100% of its data plan.
For Voice Plans
Minutes can be used to call back to any local Samoa numbers (Digicel & VF) any local number in the roaming country (Landlines and Mobiles) and receiving calls from anywhere.
Once the bundle expires or finishes, Out of bundle rates will be charged.
Roam Offers may change from time to time at our sole discretion. We will use reasonable efforts to give you notice of any change required.
