6.     When does the promotion end?

The sale of student sim cards will end 28th February.

7.     How long is the offer valid for?

The offer is valid for 1 year and will be reviewed annually.

8.     Where can I avail of the sim’s?

The Student sim will be available at Digicel tents /set up at the University and Digicel retails store’s.

9.     How can I opt into Student plans?

Dial *123# or visit My Digicel App.

10.  Can I purchase a USO plan if my number is not on student SIM priceplan?

No, USO plans are only available on the Student SIM priceplan

11.  Can I convert my existing prepaid priceplan to student SIM priceplan?

Yes you can. You must provide a valid student ID from NUS or USP to our DSE locations or Retail stores and request to change Price plan.

12.  Can I change back to my previous plan?

Yes, only once but you can’t change back again to student sim plan?

·       Any student over the age of 18 years is allowed to avail of the student sim.

·       The student must be an active and registered user to the university or school.

·       A valid Student ID is required to avail of the Student sim

·       Parental consent is required to students below age of 18.

·       The offer is valid for 1 Year and will be reviewed annually.

·       The Free Access to student Websites is only applicable to listed learning URL’s and any usage outside of this will be deducted from Anyuse data.

·       The student has to be on the Student Sim Plan to avail of the benefits and plans.

·       Student Sim will be allowed to access other normal Prepaid bundle’s & Offers.
